EUD Requirements: Place your order on the website then we will post you an End User Declaration Form. Fill out the details and include a copy of either

 (a) an Australian driver licence held by the receiver that displays a photograph of the receiver, or (b) an Australian passport, or (c) a Photo Card held by a receiver and issued under the Photo Card Act 2005.

 When these details have been received your order will be dispatched. Please note that we will only send the goods to the same address you gave for posting you the EUD. Once your account has been established you will only be required to provide an online EUD for further purchases. No more ID required. These are requirements of the NSW Drug Misuse and Trafficking Regulation 2006 and guidelines published by PACIA. Email us if you want a copy in pdf. format
