How fast will I receive my goods? 

We usually have 95% of items in stock at any time. Sometimes we do run out and will advise you of any delays. We may substitute and item if it is suitable (ie supplying a 600ml beaker instead of the 500ml listed). Delivery times to the eastern states are generally 1-3 days. WA, NT, Tasmania and some country locations 5-7 working days.

What is the minimum order size?

Our minimum order is $30-. Orders smaller than this means we are losing money and won't be in business very long.

Do I need any special safety equipment?

Using common sense, safety glasses, aprons and gloves can help protect you from heat and/or chemicals. Burners should only be used in well ventilated places. Chemical face masks can be a good investment. Experiments should be carried out under the supervision of a competent adult.

What if I can't find something?

Send us an email if there is anything specific you are trying to find. We have 15 years of experience dealing in scientific equipment supplies. Our customers include TAFE's, Universities, Colleges, Industry, Retail and school students. We know many suppliers so send us an email with your requests and quotes. What is an EUD?

An EUD or "End User Declaration" is a statement you sign before we can sell you certain types  scientific equipment. EUD items maybe used in the manufacture of illict drugs. To buy such items you will be required to provide ID and sign the EUD statement. NSW law requires that we keep these on file for a period of 2 years. EUD items are also used for many legitimate purposes and buying this equipment does not imply that you are a breaking the law. EzyLab is committed protecting our citizens and communities from amphetamine type drugs. These drugs have been shown over time to cause irreversable damage to your brain chemistry. Just don't do IT!
